Which plan is right for us?

If you've got a defined, one-off piece of work, the hourly rate is simplest. If you want to hand off the day-to-day on a platform, Essential Support covers it. If you want your whole stack run — including projects and integrations — Full-Service is the one. Not sure? Book a call and we'll point you to the right fit.

Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans?

No long lock-in. The monthly plans are rolling — we'll agree a sensible starting point so the work lands, but you're never tied into a 12-month contract.

Can we switch plans?

Yes — move between hourly and the monthly plans as your needs change. Ramp up for a big build, ease back when things are steady.

What does 'one platform' mean on Essential Support?

One core platform — for example your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) or your marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua). Full-Service covers all of them plus the integrations between.

What's included in 'unlimited support'?

A steady stream of routine ops work and requests handled within the plan — administration, builds, fixes, reporting. Large, separately-scoped projects sit inside Full-Service or are quoted on the hourly rate.

Who pays for tools and licences?

You own your platform licences directly, so you keep control and there's no markup. We work inside your tools.
